Music is an important part of everyday life at Rønde Folk High School. Our well-equipped music classroom provides the setting for creativity, collaboration and musical exploration across different levels and interests.
We offer a range of music electives, including Choir, Band, Piano and Guitar for Beginners. Whether you are new to music or already have experience, there is room to develop your skills and enjoy making music together with others.
In the music classes, the focus is on playing and singing together. You will work with rhythm, harmony and expression, and
experience how music grows when everyone contributes. The goal is not perfection, but presence, confidence and the joy of creating a shared sound.
Students are very welcome to use the music room and instruments outside of scheduled classes as well. After receiving a short introduction to the equipment, you can rehearse, experiment or play music in your free time – alone or with others.
Music at Rønde Folk High School is about expression, curiosity and community – and about daring to use your voice, whatever form it takes.
