At Fitness 360 we cultivate the joy of working out to music. We explore different forms of training where music is a central part of the experience. Have you ever experienced how time just flies by when you listen to good music, follow the rhythm and make your movements flow? That is exactly what we strive for in this class. Music makes us feel happy and energetic, and here at Fitness 360 you will have the opportunity to experience that joy every time. In addition to the fact that you will get a versatile workout for the body through a combination of heart rate and strength exercises, you will experience the very special team atmosphere that occurs when we move together as a whole in sync with the music.
The class does not require any prerequisite skills, so whether you are a beginner or experienced in the fitness world, you are very welcome. The most important thing is that you love moving to music! We adapt the teaching to suit everyone’s level and needs.
During the course, we will delve into different types of group exercise. Here is a selection of the styles we will explore:
During the classes, we will delve into techniques within each style and gain a better understanding of what characterizes the movements within the style. What are the basic steps in aerobics? How does hip hop differ from salsa? And how can we express different emotions through dance, depending on the way we move? These are questions that we will explore and get answers to in the class.
Fitness 360 will take you through the most popular fitness classes throughout time. We will delve into their history and examine when and where the different fitness classes have experienced their greatest popularity. We will analyze how these forms of exercise reflect the times in which they exist and how they have developed in line with changing trends in society. Through this journey we will discover how fitness is not only a question of physical training, but also a reflection of cultural and societal trends.
In addition to the practical training, the class will also include a physiological and anatomical perspective. We will examine how different forms of training affect our bodies and how we can optimize our training to achieve the best results. In addition, we will delve into a number of other training-related questions such as why and whether warming up is even important, and whether it actually makes sense to stretch.
