CrossFit is known for its variety, and in this course, we train with everything from free weights and kettlebells to bodyweight exercises and high-intensity circuits. You will work on strength, endurance, flexibility, and explosiveness, while trying different CrossFit disciplines such as gymnastics, power, weightlifting, and endurance. Official CrossFit benchmark workouts are also included so you can track your progress and see your improvements over time.
